KERT is operated by Adam Lichtneckert as a sole proprietor. I care about your privacy and only process personal data where necessary to respond to enquiries, manage bookings and carry out assignments.
When you contact KERT, book a meeting or otherwise provide information, I may process, for example:

– company and job title
– the content of messages and other information you provide yourself

– manage meeting bookings
– prepare, carry out and follow up assignments

KERT uses Microsoft Bookings for meeting bookings. The information you provide when making a booking is processed within Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
The website uses Framer’s built-in analytics tool. Framer Analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers for basic website analytics.
Information is not retained for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Certain information may need to be retained for longer in order to comply with legal requirements, for example in relation to accounting.
KERT uses service providers for, among other things, the website, email and bookings. Personal data may therefore be processed by providers such as Microsoft and Framer as part of those services.
Under the GDPR, you have the right, among other things, to request information about the personal data processed about you, request rectification or erasure, and in certain cases object to or restrict processing.
